They are seeking a Data & Insight Manager to lead a critical Customer Experience (CX) programme during an exciting period of change. This is far more than a traditional data role. While you'll use insight to influence decisions, your primary focus will be leading the implementation of a new customer experience platform, managing supplier relationships, and driving business-wide engagement with the programme. Customer experience sits at the heart of the business, directly influencing customer retention, service revenue, and long-term success. Lead the organisation's Customer Experience programme. Manage the implementation and embedding of a new CX platform. Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery across the business. Translate customer feedback and data into practical business recommendations. Provide tools, insights and reporting that support operational performance. We're interested in candidates from any customer-focused sector who can bring fresh thinking and best practice. Proven project management and change delivery experience. Confidence working with data, reporting and business insight. Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer experience drivers.
