HR Administrator Manston, Kent (must be within a commutable driving distance as no local transport is available), there is also some flexibility with Hybrid working (1 day per week), although onsite is preferred.

Temporary project role through to November 2026. We are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit a HR Administrator to support a significant new contract mobilisation. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a high-profile people transition project, ensuring all HR processes and administration are delivered effectively ahead of service commencement on 1 November 2026.

The Role

As part of the people team, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of workstreams, helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-volume HR administrative and transactional support
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, trackers and documentation in line with GDPR requirements
  • Supporting onboarding activity, employee communications and meeting coordination
  • Responding to employee and manager queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contributing to overall operational readiness for service go-live
