This is not a traditional training role; it’s about embedding best practice, ensuring teams perform at a high level while driving operational consistency across multiple locations.
You’ll take ownership of both training strategy and operational standards, helping the business scale effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering structured, high-impact training programmes (onboarding, compliance, leadership & development)
- Identifying training needs through performance data, audits and stakeholder feedback
- Managing and evolving training materials and delivery methods
- Maintaining robust training records, reporting and tracking
- Developing internal manuals, procedures and operating frameworks
- Supporting audits and quality reviews
- Producing clear reporting for senior leadership
- Driving a culture of quality, consistency and continuous improvement

- 7+ years’ experience across L&D, training or operational compliance
- Proven track record of delivering structured programmes with measurable impact
