Early Careers Advisor - Future HR Manager Pathway London | Up to £50,000 + Fully Funded CIPD Qualification Are you an Early Careers professional within a law firm looking to take the next step into a broader HR career? This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for trainee development, graduate recruitment and early talent programmes who is keen to develop into a future HR Manager. You'll join a highly respected law firm where you'll continue to oversee the trainee lifecycle while gaining exposure to wider HR responsibilities, with a fully funded CIPD qualification to support your long-term career development. The Role Managing and supporting Trainee Solicitors throughout their journey within the firm Coordinating inductions, seat rotations, appraisals and qualification processes Supporting trainee recruitment, assessment centres and vacation schemes Building strong relationships with partners, supervisors and stakeholders across the business Developing your HR knowledge and taking on broader people-focused responsibilities Working towards a fully funded CIPD qualification What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years' Early Careers experience within a law firm Experience supporting trainee solicitors, graduate recruitment or vacation schemes Knowledge of training contracts and/or the SQE route to qualification Strong stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive and organised approach Ambition to build a long-term career within HR What's on Offer Salary up to £50,000 Fully funded CIPD qualification Clear progression into a broader HR role Exposure to both Early Careers and generalist HR responsibilities Supportive and collaborative team environment Excellent long-term career development opportunities If you're currently working in Early Careers within a law firm and are looking for a rare opportunity to transition into HR with full training and support, we'd love to hear from you.
