Location – London, Westminster (Hybrid)

Hours – Full time 9am to 5pm

Salary - Β£220 - Β£250 a day DOE

Start Date - Immediately

*you must be available for a six month period minimum

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide dedicated support across a range of employee relations and organisational change activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and administering consultation processes
  • Preparing employee communications, letters, scripts and supporting documentation
  • Managing meeting logistics
  • Providing hands-on HR support during individual consultation and redundancy meetings
  • Ensuring processes are delivered professionally, compliantly and with a strong employee focus
  • Supporting wider people-related project activity, including organisational reviews, the IT review programme, and TUPE-related activities where required
  • Working closely with HR leaders, managers and project stakeholders
  • Helping ensure key milestones are delivered effectively and in line with employment legislation and company policies

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Senior HR Advisor experience or above
  • Strong employee relations and organisational change experience, including consultation and redundancy processes
  • Experience supporting TUPE transfers and organisational restructures
  • Excellent administration, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment

This role is ideally suited to a proactive HR professional with strong organisational skills and experience supporting complex people change programmes.
