An established Executive Search firm is hiring a PA to support two consultants, playing a key role in keeping high-profile search projects running smoothly. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting 2 consultants across up to 15 live search assignments
- Coordinating interviews and managing complex, busy diaries including travel, meeting arrangements etc.
- Preparing high-quality documents and reports
- Acting as a key contact for candidates and clients throughout the process
- Keeping systems, schedules and workflows organised
