Our client is growing at a rapid pace and we’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join their Customer Care team and play a key role in protecting their customers, strengthening fraud-prevention processes, and ensuring data is always accurate and high-quality.

  • Carry out precise validation checks across a wide range of documents and policies, ensuring all data matches internal systems.
  • Use specialist tools to detect document fraud, flagging any suspicious activity.
  • Escalate potential fraud cases through the correct channels.
  • Stay close to our customer operations by occasionally supporting fulfilment tasks (phone, email, live chat).
  • Confident using digital tools, platforms, and workflow systems.
  • Experience within fraud, compliance, or insurance is a bonus — but not essential.
