We’re working with a well-respected organisation to find a Social Responsibility Support Officer to support the delivery of a meaningful and impactful programme focused on member wellbeing, sustainability, and social responsibility. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative and project support across a range of social responsibility and member support initiatives, helping to keep programmes running smoothly and ensuring key activities are delivered successfully. It’s a varied role where you’ll be at the heart of the team - supporting meetings, coordinating projects, producing content, and helping deliver events, awards and key initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
  • Preparing and drafting documents, reports and briefing papers
  • Assisting with the delivery of awards, grants and wider programme initiatives
  • Supporting sustainability activities and reporting requirements
  • Helping to develop communications for members and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support across wellbeing and member support services (including handling sensitive information)
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and reports
  • Supporting wider People & Corporate Development projects as needed

About you: We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You’ll be confident working across different areas and bringing structure and clarity to your work.

Key skills and experience:
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting meetings, including minute-taking
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear documents and reports
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and pick up new areas of work
  • Good IT skills, including maintaining systems and producing basic reports
