We’re hiring a Receptionist & Office Administrator in London for a full-time, office-based role in Waterloo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding construction consultancy firm where you can make your mark.
About the Role:
This is a varied, hands-on position combining front-of-house responsibilities, office coordination, and administrative support. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and support the wider team as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House
- Welcoming clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Managing incoming calls, deliveries, and post
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are presentation-ready
- Coordinating refreshments and catering for meetings
- Office Administration
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
- Acting as a central point of contact for office queries
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing invoices, receipts, and general office administration
- Office Coordination & Supplies
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies and stock
- Coordinating deliveries and supplier relationships
- Supporting team events, meetings, and socials
- Facilities & Office Management
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional office environment
- Troubleshooting minor office equipment issues
- Supporting office setup, improvements, and ongoing expansion

About You
- Previous experience in a receptionist, office administration, or similar role
