Are you a highly organised, proactive Construction Project Coordinator looking to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial construction business?

We’re partnering with an ambitious and dynamic company delivering high-quality projects across the UK, and they’re looking for someone to support their Project Managers in driving projects from concept through to completion.

As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects across their full lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and contractors – ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and to the highest standard.

  • Supporting Project Managers through pre-construction and delivery phases
  • Managing project administration and documentation
  • Supporting cost reporting and maintaining budget trackers
  • Updating project programmes and monitoring deadlines
  • Supporting project handover and aftercare processes

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery:

  • Experience in a similar role within construction, retail, leisure, or hospitality fit-out projects
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and construction processes
  • Strong Excel skills (including formulas and spreadsheets)
  • Understanding of H&S and construction safety standards
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
