We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide dedicated support across a range of employee relations and organisational change activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and administering consultation processes
- Preparing employee communications, letters, scripts and supporting documentation
- Managing meeting logistics
- Providing hands-on HR support during individual consultation and redundancy meetings
- Ensuring processes are delivered professionally, compliantly and with a strong employee focus
You will also support wider people-related project activity, including organisational reviews, the IT review programme, and TUPE-related activities where required. Working closely with HR leaders, managers and project stakeholders, the successful candidate will help ensure key milestones are delivered effectively and in line with employment legislation and company policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven Senior HR Advisor experience or above
- Strong employee relations and organisational change experience, including consultation and redundancy processes
- Experience supporting TUPE transfers and organisational restructures
- Excellent administration, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
