As the business enters a significant new chapter of growth and brand evolution, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing, communications and brand activity across the European platform.
This is a newly created role with real scope to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders and drive the profile of a growing investment business operating at the forefront of the infrastructure sector.
The Opportunity
Reporting into a highly visible corporate affairs and investor-focused function, you will lead the delivery of an integrated marketing and communications strategy that enhances brand awareness, supports fundraising initiatives and strengthens engagement with investors, media and key stakeholders. A major focus in the short term will be supporting the launch and embedding of a newly unified corporate brand, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across every external touchpoint. This role offers an excellent blend of strategic ownership and hands-on delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders whilst remaining close to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development and management of the firm's brand across Europe
- Drive the successful rollout of a major rebrand programme across multiple business areas and markets
- Own digital marketing activity, including website management, social media strategy and content planning
- Develop engaging thought leadership campaigns that showcase market expertise and investment insights
- Manage relationships with external PR, marketing and creative agencies
- Create high-quality marketing collateral, presentations and stakeholder communications
- Support fundraising and investor engagement activities through targeted campaigns and messaging
- Partner with product, investor relations and business development teams to ensure consistent market positioning
- Act as the marketing lead for infrastructure mandates, ensuring alignment with the wider corporate brand
- Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to enhance external profile and awareness
About You
You'll bring a combination of marketing expertise, commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills. We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
