Graphics Project Manager (Events) | REMOTE – with some travel dates to London

We're recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Graphics Event Manager to join a busy team supporting high-profile event delivery from July to mid-November 2026.

If you know your way around large-format print, digital print production, graphics delivery, and live events, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a pivotal role where no two days are the same.

You'll be at the centre of delivery—coordinating stakeholders, suppliers, and timelines to make sure everything lands perfectly

. What's in it for you?

What you will be doing

  • Liaise closely with clients, internal teams, and external print partners.
  • Owning graphics projects from brief through to final delivery and installation.
  • Ensure all graphics are produced to specification and delivered to demanding event deadlines.
  • Track project progress and proactively manage risks and changes.
  • Support graphics installation planning and on-site delivery where required.

What we're looking for

A proven background in a Graphics Project Manager, Graphics Event Manager, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of large-format printing, digital print production, and 2D artwork processes.
  • Understanding of print substrates, materials, and production techniques.
  • Experience of using Monday. com or similar project management software.
  • Excellent Excel and organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of graphics installation processes would be advantageous.
  • Experience within exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, or live environments is highly desirable.
