Benefits & Reward Manager (Contract) – £230/day

Location: London / Home Counties (Hybrid)

Contract Length: Interim

We’re seeking an experienced Benefits & Reward Manager to support a fast-paced, tech-enabled organisation on a contract basis. You’ll lead the delivery of UK benefits and reward programmes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and high-quality execution of annual pay and bonus cycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance the UK benefits offering, working closely with brokers and vendors.
  • Oversee digital benefits platforms and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Lead annual reward cycles, including pay review, bonus and benchmarking activities.
  • Produce insights and reporting on cost, engagement, and market competitiveness.
  • Deliver clear employee communications on benefits and total reward.
  • Ensure compliance with pensions, HMRC requirements, and statutory reporting.
