Benefits & Reward Manager (Contract) – £230/day

We’re seeking an experienced Benefits & Reward Manager to support a fast-paced, tech-enabled organisation on a contract basis. You’ll lead the delivery of UK benefits and reward programmes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and high-quality execution of annual pay and bonus cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and enhance the UK benefits offering, working closely with brokers and vendors.
- Oversee digital benefits platforms and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Lead annual reward cycles, including pay review, bonus and benchmarking activities.
- Produce insights and reporting on cost, engagement, and market competitiveness.
- Deliver clear employee communications on benefits and total reward.
- Ensure compliance with pensions, HMRC requirements, and statutory reporting.
- Strong UK benefits & reward experience in fast-moving, multi-site or professional-services environments.
- Confidence with HR technology and data-led decision-making.
- Experience running pay and bonus cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic thinking.
