Hybrid working: 3 days office (Tues, Wed, Thursday) / WFH (Mon, Fri).

Exciting opportunity available for a Business Development Manager with a prestigious legal client in London. Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager from a professional services sector to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market presence across key regions. This is a strategic role where success is measured by delivering tangible outcomes such as increased revenue, improved rankings, and impactful client engagement. You will be working with a well-established marketing team.

As Business Development Manager:

  • Lead and execute business development initiatives aligned with firm-wide strategy.
  • Develop and implement BD programs to generate new business and retain clients.
  • Advise stakeholders on BD strategy using market insights and data.
  • Manage pitches, proposals, and directory submissions to boost visibility.
  • Oversee CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and reporting to track ROI and performance.
  • Champion client care initiatives, events, and alumni engagement.
