Support the management and administration of benefits programmes across EMEA Maintain benefits data, reporting, and analytics Partner with stakeholders to ensure local compliance requirements are met Support the ongoing development of Workday and associated benefits technology Assist with the implementation of regional benefits initiatives and projects A Benefits Administrator ready for your next step A Benefits Specialist seeking broader international exposure An HR Coordinator or HR Advisor with significant benefits experience 3-6 years' experience in Benefits, Reward, HR Operations, or HR Administration ~ Strong experience supporting employee benefits programmes ~ Comfortable working with HR systems and technology ~ Workday experience would be advantageous ~ Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries would be beneficial but is not essential ~
