My client is looking for driven and commercially minded Account Executives to join the growing team. In this role, you will drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation through their bootcamps and recruitment starts. Supported by the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high-quality candidates that truly meet client needs. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and proactive business development telephone calling. You will always promote the full range of products and services ensuring solutions are right for the client.

Key requirements:
  • Achieve agreed activity and billing targets
  • Generate successful outcomes from sales and business development calls
  • Source and generate high-quality candidates
  • Manage client relationships to the highest professional standard
  • Cross-sell all aspects of the company’s products and services
  • Act as a brand champion and ambassador
