This role involves providing hands-on technical support to maintain IT operations and business continuity across multiple sites, supporting over 200 users. You’ll manage tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and contribute to IT projects in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow in cloud, networking, and automation.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, managing tickets and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Configure and set up devices for new starters and manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Support remote workers with connectivity and network access.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, automation improvements, and security initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows client/server environments, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
