A leading international engineering and construction business, with a rich history in developing and operating complex infrastructure assets, is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their headquarters in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in providing high-level administrative support, ideally within the construction/infrastructure sector, and who has a strong command of French or Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group General Counsel and Legal team.
- Efficient diary management, organising meetings and conference calls.
- Proactively manage the inbox of the Group General Counsel, prioritising and flagging important emails.
- Accurately transcribe digital dictation for the Group General Counsel.
- Organise and coordinate travel arrangements for the Group General Counsel and Legal team.
- Maintain the legal project tracker, filing system, and document management processes.
- Liaise and communicate with both UK and international offices.
- Collaborate effectively with the wider team and administrative staff.
- Coordinate document notarisation and assist with document binding and copying.
- Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and reports.
- Submit expenses for the legal team in a timely manner.
Qualifications/Skills:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Legal PA supporting at General Counsel level.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, discreet, and experienced in handling confidential information.
- A second language (Spanish or French) would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced administrative skills.
