This is not a technical or IT-focused project management role.
Instead, we are looking for a delivery-focused professional who can bring together multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, maintain momentum, and ensure successful delivery against an established plan.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and relationship builder who can engage with a wide range of stakeholders, ask the right questions, challenge constructively, and keep teams aligned on priorities and milestones.
Key Responsibilities Drive delivery against an existing project plan, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate and align multiple workstreams, identifying risks, dependencies and potential blockers.
Maintain project momentum by tracking progress and holding stakeholders accountable for actions and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Challenge constructively where required, driving decisions and actions forward.
Monitor delivery progress, assess impacts on timelines and re-plan where necessary.
Ensure clear ownership of actions, deliverables and deadlines across the project.
Build strong relationships across various stakeholder groups, creating collaboration and consensus.
What We're Looking For Essential Experience Proven experience as an established Project Manager or Senior Project Coordinator.
Strong track record of delivering projects against agreed plans, milestones and deadlines.
Experience managing cross-functional workstreams and complex dependencies.
Demonstrable ability to monitor progress, identify risks and proactively drive solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience holding individuals and teams accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
Competence with standard project management tools, particularly MS Project.
