We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Adviser to support a large-scale TUPE transfer as part of a fast-paced mobilisation project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, manage sensitive employee matters professionally, and help deliver a smooth and compliant people transition.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Support TUPE activity throughout mobilisation
  • Coordinate employee consultation meetings and communications
  • Manage employee liability information and TUPE documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee data in line with GDPR
  • Respond to employee and manager queries
  • Work with operational managers and stakeholders to support workforce readiness
  • Assist with onboarding and integration of transferring employees
  • Candidate requirements:
  • Previous TUPE experience, ideally in a complex or large-scale environment
  • Experience supporting consultation activity and HR projects
  • Strong understanding of TUPE regulations and UK employment law
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • CIPD Level 3 and/or relevant TUPE experience
  • Experience within healthcare, justice, facilities management, care, custodial, public-sector outsourcing, or similar operational environments would be highly desirable.
