HR Administrator in Manston, Kent (must be within a commutable driving distance as no local transport is available), with some flexibility for hybrid working (1 day per week), although onsite is preferred. This is a temporary project role through to November 2026.
We are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit an HR Administrator to support a significant new contract mobilisation. This is a key opportunity to contribute to a high-profile people transition project, ensuring all HR processes and administration are delivered effectively ahead of service commencement on 1 November 2026.
As part of the people team, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of workstreams, helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
- Delivering high-volume HR administrative and transactional support
- Previous experience within an HR, people or shared services administrative role
- Exposure to a broad range of transactional HR activities
- Experience within local authorities, government, care or not-for-profit organisations would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
