We’re looking for someone who has operated in high-performance, standards-led environments, such as:

You’ll have experience building or improving structured training and operational frameworks in environments where consistency, precision and quality are critical.

We’re partnering with a growing international organisation to hire a Learning & Development Manager who can bring structure, consistency and high standards to how teams operate globally. This is not a traditional training role; it’s about embedding best practice, ensuring teams perform at a high level while driving operational consistency across multiple locations.

You’ll take ownership of both training strategy and operational standards, helping the business scale effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering structured, high-impact training programmes (onboarding, compliance, leadership & development)
  • Identifying training needs through performance data, audits and stakeholder feedback
  • Managing and evolving training materials and delivery methods
  • Maintaining robust training records, reporting and tracking
  • Developing internal manuals, procedures and operating frameworks
  • Supporting audits and quality reviews
  • Producing clear reporting for senior leadership
  • Driving a culture of quality, consistency and continuous improvement
