Our client, a government-funded, independent body that provides free, impartial legal advice on residential leasehold and park home law, are going through an exciting period of transformation, and they’re looking for an experienced Interim HR Manager to join them on a circa 9-month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior, hands-on HR role, supporting the business through change and providing expert guidance across a broad range of people matters.
The role: You’ll play a key role in delivering senior HR support across:
- Complex employee relations cases
- Workforce planning and organisational change activity
- Policy governance and HR best practice
- Providing trusted advice to managers and senior leaders
