Location - Canary Wharf, London - 5 days onsite. We’re partnering with a globally recognised premium brand looking to appoint a credible and commercially-minded HR Business Partner to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true HRBP role, partnering senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving real impact across a multi-site business.
The Opportunity
- As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll work closely with leadership to deliver both operational HR excellence and strategic initiatives.
- You’ll be involved in:
- Partnering with leaders to shape and deliver people strategy
- Leading on complex employee relations cases
- Driving recruitment and talent planning activity
- Coaching and developing managers to build capability
- Supporting organisational change and transformation projects
- Delivering training across key HR topics
- Championing a strong, inclusive and high-performance culture
About You
- You’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a luxury/prestigious retail brand
