Location - Canary Wharf, London - 5 days onsite.

We’re partnering with a globally recognised premium brand looking to appoint a credible and commercially-minded HR Business Partner to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true HRBP role, partnering senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving real impact across a multi-site business.

The Opportunity

As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll work closely with leadership to deliver both operational HR excellence and strategic initiatives. You’ll be involved in:

  • Partnering with leaders to shape and deliver people strategy
  • Leading on complex employee relations cases
  • Driving recruitment and talent planning activity
  • Coaching and developing managers to build capability
  • Supporting organisational change and transformation projects
  • Delivering training across key HR topics
  • Championing a strong, inclusive and high-performance culture

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within a luxury/prestigious retail brand
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • The confidence to influence, challenge and build trust at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
