We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate start required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process-driven administrative work, has a keen eye for detail, and is confident handling confidential employee information.
The role will focus heavily on Right to Work checks and employee compliance, supporting employees through key onboarding and employment processes while ensuring records are maintained accurately and in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Managing Right to Work checks and compliance processes
- General HR administration
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality in all documentation
- Handling confidential information in line with GDPR requirements
- Providing excellent customer service and support to employees
- Liaising with multiple departments across the business
- Monitoring and progressing queries through internal systems
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR, compliance or a regulated environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
You will gain exposure to key HR systems including Workday (Human Capital Management software) and ServiceNow (SNOW) (ticketing and workflow management system). Previous experience using either system would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
Working PatternMonday, Thursday & Friday: Working from home
Tuesday & Wednesday: Office-based in the Gatwick area
Hours: 9:00am - 5:15pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
