We’re working with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector to appoint a Head of Delivery/Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end operational performance across multi-site teams. As Head of Delivery/Operations Manager you will have a strong work ethic; capable of independently managing and driving performance of a team of clinical managers; operational leadership experience; effective people leadership and soft skills; strong multitasking and multi-site management abilities; personable and able to command respect; willingness to be on-site and present across all locations as needed.
This senior role is responsible for driving productivity, contractual delivery, and quality outcomes within a regulated, high‑volume environment.
