The Role
We’re supporting a global organisation in hiring a University Recruiting Project Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support within early careers recruitment.
You’ll play a key role in delivering university recruiting events and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, interns, and internal stakeholders - from planning through to execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) focused university recruiting events
- Planning and delivering events across London and Egham, alongside virtual activity
- Managing end-to-end event logistics including room set-up, catering, travel, and materials
- Coordinating career fairs, networking events, and interview days (virtual and onsite)
- Supporting interns during onsite activities and programmes
- Posting job opportunities in multiple languages and coordinating hiring activity (no screening involved)
- Maintaining accurate data across recruitment systems and supporting reporting
- Handling event-related finance processes such as invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, and third-party partners
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and contributing to process improvements
About you:
- Previous experience in event coordination, education, or project support
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator, comfortable working with global stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Confident working independently while remaining collaborative
- Strong admin and systems skills (Excel and PowerPoint ideally)
- Able to travel locally to support onsite events (approx. 10%)
- Based within a commutable distance to London and Egham
