We’re supporting a client with one of the busiest and most impressive buildings within their portfolio – a vibrant site with a beautiful communal business lounge and outdoor terrace. We’re looking for a confident, friendly and proactive Front of House Workplace Coordinator to take ownership of the front‑of‑house experience and ensure the smooth daily running of this fast‑paced building.
About the Role
As the Front of House Workplace Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, delivering a warm, polished and professional service. You’ll maintain building standards, support with maintenance follow‑ups, coordinate visitors and deliveries, and help keep everything running smoothly. This role suits someone organised, proactive and great with people.
