Financial Advisor
Location: Taunton, Hybrid Working
Salary: Basic Salary up to £50,000 DOE with a generous bonus scheme. Achievable OTE of £100k year one. Plus benefits.

Our client delivers exceptional financial planning service to their clients, and they will provide you with a client bank to help kick start your journey within the group. They have a team of very talented people to help you reach the pinnacle of your career and grow the business. There is a clear remuneration structure in place and an opportunity to progress to board level for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities required Financial Advisor:
- Assessing & identifying financial needs for new and existing clients
- Conducting product research
- Implementing money laundering processes
- Providing holistic financial planning services
- Conducting lifestyle planning assessments
- Presenting financial recommendations to clients
- Conducting client financial reviews
- Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
- Networking with professional partners
- Contributing to marketing initiatives
- Maintaining an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
- Participating in ongoing CPD activities
Requirements for the Financial Advisor:
- Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning)
- Experience in an authorised financial planning role with competent adviser status
- Strong ambition and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
