We have an amazing opportunity as an Executive Receptionist working for a global commodity trading organisation based in central London. An inviting salary between £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits. 5 days a week onsite!
Your role will be more than just a Receptionist; you will be the Brand Ambassador, meeting and greeting HNWI, working with internal and external stakeholders and building the most welcomed and trusted Receptionist space. You will work in partnership with one other receptionist, delivering 5-star customer service at all times.
You will be a valued employee, with the opportunity to grow and develop. We are seeking a candidate who lives and breathes being the best receptionist, who has gravitas, confidence, professionalism and competence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact to all guests
- Booking and managing all meeting room bookings
- Answering all calls
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and clean at all times
- Setting up meeting rooms and AV equipment
- Ordering and organising catering
- Assisting with staff and client events
- Ordering and tracking stationery and kitchen supplies
- Assisting the PAs with general administrative tasks
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Liaising with facilities and building managers
- Assisting in the setup of new starters
- Ordering couriers
- General ad hoc tasks
What you need to possess:
- Corporate reception or similar high-end/luxury experience
- Experience in managing a busy reception area
- Working in a professional, polished environment
- Team player and collaborative approach
