Our client, a growing successful debt collections business, is looking for a creative, driven Social Media & Content Executive who knows how to make content that gets attention! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of our social media presence across all platforms.

  • Take full ownership of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create high-quality, scroll-stopping graphics and branded content
  • Design and produce engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
  • Plan and execute daily/weekly content that drives engagement and growth
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms
  • Stay ahead of trends and turn them into content opportunities quickly
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve reach and engagement
  • Respond to comments/messages and help build an active online presence
  • Work closely with the team to support campaigns and business goals

Requirements:

  • Strong experience managing social media across multiple platforms
  • Confident graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
  • Ability to create content that is modern, engaging, and on-trend
  • Experience with short-form video content (Reels/TikTok) is a big plus
  • Strong creative eye with attention to detail
  • Fast thinker who can turn ideas into content quickly
  • Comfortable working full-time in an office (5 days a week)
