Location: London & Egham (with occasional travel)

Contract: Temporary (June – December 2026)

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Hourly pay: £16 - 18ph

The Role

We’re supporting a global organisation in hiring a University Recruiting Project Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support within early careers recruitment. You’ll play a key role in delivering university recruiting events and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, interns, and internal stakeholders - from planning through to execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) focused university recruiting events
  • Planning and delivering events across London and Egham, alongside virtual activity
  • Managing end-to-end event logistics including room set-up, catering, travel, and materials
  • Coordinating career fairs, networking events, and interview days (virtual and onsite)
  • Supporting interns during onsite activities and programmes
  • Posting job opportunities in multiple languages and coordinating hiring activity (no screening involved)
  • Maintaining accurate data across recruitment systems and supporting reporting
  • Handling event‑related finance processes such as invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
  • Building relationships with internal stakeholders, universities, and third‑party partners
  • Supporting ad‑hoc projects and contributing to process improvements

About you:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, education, or project support
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working with global stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused
  • Confident working independently while remaining collaborative
  • Strong admin and systems skills (Excel and PowerPoint ideally)
  • Able to travel locally to support onsite events (approx. 10%)
  • Based within a commutable distance to London and Egham
