Responsibilities
- Own HR admin for joiners, movers and leavers, contracts, on-boarding checks, SAP updates, benefits enrolment and off boarding.
- Keep colleague data spotless: contract changes, payroll updates, file maintenance and reference requests.
- Be first-line support for HR queries on policies, absence, holidays and benefits.
- Maintain important Excel trackers for holiday, bonuses and approval workflows.
- Prepare accurate data for payroll cut-off across multiple business areas.
- Handle regular reporting including absence and compliance-related updates.
- Ensure immigration and sponsorship processes meet legal and internal standards.
Experience / Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, even under pressure.
- Experience within HR.
- Confident communication and strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to build great working relationships at all levels.
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working at pace.
