Salary: c£29,000pa (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client, an award-winning leader in their industry, is expanding their operations and seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor email accounts and respond to queries.
  • Prepare, load, and dispatch accurate sales invoices.
  • Process credit card payments with precision and efficiency.
  • Liaison with internal departments.
  • Maintain and update email contact lists and product price lists.
  • Ensure accurate courier shipment matching and documentation.
  • Printing of Purchase Ledger.
  • Proactively manage debt collection and payment chasing.

Requirements

  • Level 2 AAT qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage accounting software desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience within a similar role.
