They are seeking a Data & Insight Manager to lead a critical Customer Experience (CX) programme during an exciting period of change.
This is far more than a traditional data role.
While you'll use insight to influence decisions, your primary focus will be leading the implementation of a new customer experience platform, managing supplier relationships, and driving business-wide engagement with the programme.
Customer experience sits at the heart of the business, directly influencing customer retention, service revenue, and long-term success.
The Role
- Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners, you will:
- Lead the organisation's Customer Experience programme.
- Manage the implementation and embedding of a new CX platform.
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery across the business.
- Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring delivery against expectations.
- Translate customer feedback and data into practical business recommendations.
- Provide tools, insights and reporting that support operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.
- Support and develop one direct report.
