The successful candidate will manage and convert sales opportunities while overseeing the performance, development, and effectiveness of a Client Services team. /p p Working as both a hands-on contributor and a leader, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, improving processes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p strong Sales Client Management /strong /p ul li Manage and convert incoming enquiries using a consultative sales approach /li li Handle client and partner enquiries, nurturing leads through the full sales cycle /li li Manage client pipelines from initial contact through to quotation and agreement /li li Provide clear, accurate guidance on probate-related matters, including technical aspects /li li Deliver a high standard of end-to-end customer service /li li Identify and maximise cross-sell and up-sell opportunities /li /ul p strong Team Leadership Development /strong /p ul li Lead, manage, and develop a team to achieve high performance and meet targets /li li Set clear objectives and conduct regular one-to-one meetings and development reviews /li li Coach and mentor team members through call listening, feedback, and training /li li Act as a referral point for complex queries and support team decision-making /li li Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team environment /li /ul p strong Performance Operations /strong /p ul li Monitor and manage KPIs including lead conversion, sales, and service metrics /li li Analyse management information (MI) to identify trends and drive improvements /li li Oversee daily lead management to maximise conversion opportunities /li li Ensure workflows are efficient and aligned with business objectives /li li Support the handling of complex cases and optimise team performance /li /ul p strong Continuous Improvement Quality /strong /p ul li Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices /li li Improve processes to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and customer outcomes /li li Ensure high standards of service quality, compliance, and accuracy /li li Contribute to a seamless, consistent customer journey /li /ul p br /p p strong Performance Measures /strong /p ul li Achievement of individual and team KPIs /li li Conversion rates and overall sales performance /li li Quality of customer interactions and client satisfaction /li li Effectiveness of processes and workflow improvements /li li Team engagement, development, and overall performance /li /ul p br /p p strong Skills Experience /strong /p p strong Essential /strong /p ul li Proven experience in a sales environment within legal or professional services /li li Strong knowledge of probate, including technical understanding /li li Demonstrable people management experience /li li Track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing team members /li li Ability to work to targets and deliver measurable results /li li Strong communication and relationship-building skills /li li Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively both independently and within a team /li /ul p strong Desirable /strong /p ul li Experience within probate or estate administration /li li Leadership experience within a sales-driven environment /li /ul p br /p p strong Key Attributes /strong /p ul li Customer-focused with a consultative approach /li li Results-driven with strong attention to detail /li li Proactive and solutions-oriented /li li Organised and efficient /li li Collaborative and supportive leadership style /li li Adaptable and committed to continuous improvement /li /ul p br /p
