Client Manager/Paraplanner
Location: Stansted/Cambridge (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £35k to £50k DOE + Discretionary Bonus + Excellent Benefits incl support with professional qualifications and membership.

About the Role:
As a Client Manager/Paraplanner, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across all touchpoints. You’ll work closely with Advisers and Financial Planners to manage client relationships, prepare financial documentation, and support the delivery of regulated advice.
Key Responsibilities of Client Manager/Paraplanner:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing communications via phone, email, and in-person.
- Organise and attend client meetings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client files and documentation in line with FCA regulations.
- Support the preparation of financial plans, cash flow forecasts, and suitability reports.
- Conduct technical research and due diligence on platforms, products, and providers.
- Oversee the implementation of financial recommendations and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and contribute to annual client reviews and ongoing servicing.
- Liaise with third parties including accountants, legal advisers, and investment providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a client-facing support role within financial services or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and FCA compliance.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or very close to achieving Level 4).
