A leading global organisation is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to oversee three critical technology functions: Entrata application services, end‑user support, and corporate IT infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership role requiring hands‑on expertise in Entrata and strong IT project management skills to deliver operational excellence and drive innovation across enterprise systems. Role & Responsibilities
- Entrata Application Service Management
- Build and lead a dedicated team to support the Entrata platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Oversee the full application lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, incident resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Define and implement SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align Entrata capabilities with business needs through stakeholder collaboration.
- End-User Support Leadership
