We’re recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Graphics Event Manager to join a busy team supporting high-profile event delivery from July to mid-November 2026. If you know your way around large-format print, digital print production, graphics delivery, and live events, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a pivotal role where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the centre of delivery—coordinating stakeholders, suppliers, and timelines to make sure everything lands perfectly.

What you will be doing:
- Liaise closely with clients, internal teams, and external print partners.
- Owning graphics projects from brief through to final delivery and installation.
- Ensure all graphics are produced to specification and delivered to demanding event deadlines.
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks and changes.
- Support graphics installation planning and on-site delivery where required.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven background in a Graphics Project Manager, Graphics Event Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of large-format printing, digital print production, and 2D artwork processes.
- Understanding of print substrates, materials, and production techniques.
- Experience of using Monday.com or similar project management software.
- Excellent Excel and organisational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of graphics installation processes would be advantageous.
- Experience within exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, or live environments is highly desirable.
