An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a highly regarded HR team in London. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-performing environments and enjoys building strong relationships with senior stakeholders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR delivery.
The successful candidate will be a true business partner who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing complex employee matters and driving people initiatives that directly support business success. Partnering with Front Office and business-critical populations, you will play a key role in delivering the full employee lifecycle whilst acting as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders.
Working closely with specialist teams across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward and HR Systems, you will help shape people strategies, support organisational growth and ensure best-in-class employee experiences.
- Acting as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leaders across the business.
- Managing complex employee relations cases and providing pragmatic solutions.
- Supporting performance management, compensation and talent management processes.
- Driving workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Facilitating performance and feedback discussions to enhance team and individual performance.
- Using people data and insights to influence decision-making and improve outcomes.
