We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operation in Chessington, ensuring stock accuracy, efficient fulfilment, and a safe, high-performing environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a motivated warehouse team
- Managing goods-in, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
- Driving productivity, efficiency, and service excellence
- Championing Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with internal teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- Previous Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing warehouse KPIs and stock control processes
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Dangerous goods certificate and a fork lift licence would be desirable
