Campaign Marketing Manager - International Events

As an International Campaign Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our clients' C-level Communities by increasing event attendance and strengthening brand awareness. The ideal candidate is someone who sees the bigger picture while maintaining meticulous attention to detail, a relentless achiever, and a collaborative team player who can turn ideas into tangible impact. What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead targeted marketing campaigns designed to drive event attendance and enhance awareness of our C-level Communities, covering everything from audience selection to crafting compelling messaging and timelines.
  • Create persuasive and high-impact campaign messaging across multiple channels, including email, advertising, and landing pages, leveraging best practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all campaign assets.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness, refining messaging, channels, tactics, and budget allocation for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, ensuring spending remains aligned with budget goals and event success metrics.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives.

What You Will Need

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experience in utilising various marketing channels, both online and offline, with a solid understanding of best practices.
  • A creative, strategic mindset, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, action-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
