We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a Workforce Staffing Coordinator to support staffing operations across multiple hospital sites. Must be able to commute between the following three hospital sites on rotation (ideally driving):
- Princess of Wales Hospital - CF31 1RQ
- Royal Glamorgan Hospital - CF72 8XR
- Prince Charles Hospital - CF47 9DT
This is a dynamic and rewarding role combining recruitment, workforce coordination, and stakeholder engagement, playing a key part in ensuring safe staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and grow the staff bank in line with workforce demand.
- Manage staffing bookings and rota fulfilment across multiple systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital teams and stakeholders.
- Attend bed meetings to review staffing levels and workforce requirements.
- Monitor, analyse, and present workforce data to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across staffing platforms.
- Manage workload and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or workforce coordination.
- Experience managing rotas or bookings within healthcare environments.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Experience in talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding.
