About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth within the International Marine Geotechnical sector. This is a strategic role focused on expanding market share, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the marine geotechnical division.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with favorable terms.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven leadership experience within the Marine Geotechnical industry.
