A private medical practice based near Sloane Square Station/Chelsea Bridge is seeking a Part-Time Administrator, paying £15,000 annually, to join their office operations team. The position will be working on a part-time basis, 20 hours a week over 5 days. The hours each day will be 10-2pm based in the office.

The role will be supporting a full-time Administrator with all of the background administration that is involved in running the clinic. Duties would include:

  • Answering the phone and speaking to patients
  • Booking appointments and dealing with enquiries
  • Filing and scanning patient paperwork
  • Ordering blood work as well as dealing with referrals

The role will involve a high level of paperwork and paper files due to the nature of the business. There is a very organised and structured process in place that requires someone who enjoys following a process through from A to Z.
