Event Account Manager – Tring, Hertfordshire
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Option of hybrid working after training.

Responsibilities
As an Event Account Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the client’s operations, sourcing stunning venues, tailoring event experiences and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, making each event unique and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and secure venues for conferences and accommodation, tailored to client needs
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the event planning process
- Visit and assess venues to ensure they meet high standards
- Lead client meetings and familiarisation trips
- Negotiate competitive rates with hotels and venues
- Resolve queries and issues with professionalism and speed
You’ll report to an Account Manager (or the MD in their absence) and collaborate with a team of dedicated coordinators where teamwork is key!
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the hotel and venue industry would be useful
- Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
- Proven customer service excellence
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in Events, Venues, or Hospitality is a plus
