Tate is looking for a Memberships and Ticketing Assistant to join our team! If this sounds like you and you would really like the chance to create positive experiences for our customers, then this is the job for you.
Our Membership and Ticketing Services (MTS) operate seven days a week, including some evenings. We have the largest membership scheme of its type in Europe and are very proud of the service we offer.
As a Membership and Ticketing Services Assistant you will work on the ticket desks and our contact centre confidently selling tickets, membership and related products, building customer relationships and delivering the type of high‑quality service and information that people like to talk about whether face to face, over the phone or via email.
The role can be busy and will challenge you at times, but we are a friendly team who share ideas and support each other.
