We are looking for an enthusiastic Staff Canteen Chef de Partie to join our friendly team of chefs. This position is full‑time, permanent and requires reliable, consistent, and flexible availability over a 5‑day week including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the food for the staff canteen at Tate Britain and Tate Modern.
- Work with the Staff Canteen Chef Manager and canteen assistants to set high standards.
- Contribute to seasonal menu changes and manage effective stock and wastage.
- Adhere to current food safety legislation.
